Schwab Vault Doors

To insure protection of records and other valuables, a Schwab Vault Door should be specified for any N.F.P.A. rated fire-resistive vault.

The unique design of the door frame allows easy, non-grout installation in walls 7" to 18" thick. The inside escape mechanism is easily located and operated, even in the dark. Other features include two U.L. certified relocking devices and a beveled vault entrance for easy passage of wheeled carts.

All Schwab doors carry a Class B Mercantile Burglary Insurance rating, Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc. labels and certifications for the time specified.

Schwab File Room Doors

Where the construction of a fire-resistive vault is impractical, a Schwab Insulated File Room Door should be specified (see N.F.P.A. no. 32)

Schwab Day Gate

Designed specifically for use with Schwab Vault Doors, day gates restrict unauthorized entrance during hours the vault door is open.

Deluxe Plexiglass Gate has a brushed aluminum finish. Gate fastens to back will bar of vault entrance. Hinge allows gate to swing easily into vault. Equipped with heavy duty key lock.

Direction of the day gate swing is determined by viewing day gate from inside the vault. Right swing hinges on right; left swing is the reverse.

DEA Storage

When properly installed our DEA Approved Storage Partitions meet the US Drug Enforcement Administration’s requirements for physical security of Schedule III through V controlled substances as outlined in Title 21 CFR Sections1301:72-1301.76 physical security controls.

Modular Vaults
Wilson Modular Vaults can be installed and ready to use in a few days. A modular vault system means flexibility. Collier vaults can be readily expanded at a later date, with minimum trouble. We use extremely high PSI concrete allowing our vault panels to exceed the requirement of UL. Our vaults are currently available in Class 1 or Class 2 ratings.

Vault Doors Class 1 & Class 2
Wilson vault doors are simply the best doors available. In addition to our internal testing our door has been tested and approved by UL for Class 1 and 2. These tests include attack by mechanical tools, electrical tools, and oxyacetylene torches. To meet international requirements our door has also been tested and approved by several of the worlds leading banks and foreign test agencies. The door is designed to be used with a generic vault (grouted or not grouted) or with our UL listed modular vault line.
Burglary Resistant Vault Door Specifications

Dual control combination locks must be dialed by two people to open.
144 hr., UL listed time lock with reset function, which allows time to be taken off in case of an overwind.
Door cames with alarm door contact and heat detector.
When optional vault vent port is used, door contact automatically opens or closes vent.
Either Lexan or Bar daygate are available.
Extra large doors can be made to accommodate forklifts or even trucks.
