Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping included is standard on all stock products shipped in the continental United States ordered online through the Wilson Safe web site.
Shipping is defined as: Shipped from us to you (outside delivery Dock to Dock). If you require additional handling of your order like (liftgate, inside, or any other specific needs) we can discuss those needs and additional charges by calling our toll free number at 800-345-8053. Free shipping is not available on used or reconditioned products.
Lift Gate - The truck driver will take the freight off the truck and down to street level. Customer is responsible for bringing the freight inside, un-packaging (removing from the pallet etc), and placement/installation of the product.
Residential - applies to any delivery to a residence or in a residential area
Inside Delivery - The truck driver will take the freight off the truck and bring it inside (no steps). Customer is responsible for un-packaging (removing from the pallet etc), and placement/installation of the product.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Pennsylvania. We will collect sales tax for orders shipped to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida and Illinois.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee plus the cost of freight both outbound & inbound. Returns must be received in perfect resalable condition. Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt of the product.
