FEATURES

  • All Vault Doors are of the outswing design, either left or right opening swing. Right Hand Swing means hinges are on the right side of the door when facing the door, outside the vault.
  • All vault Door Interiors are equipped with an Emergency Release Device which will allow anyone accidentally locked inside the vault to unlock the door and exit.
  • We provide door flanges to meet the finished thickness of the masonry opening where the vault door is to be placed. They come in standard sizes to fit walls that are 6″-8″, 8″-10″, and 10″-12″ thick. Custom flanges over 12″ are also available.
  • Optional optical devices are available for viewing either into or out of the vaulted area. The optical device is also known as a “peep sight” and it is a wide angle tubular optical device that provides a greatly enlarged field of view. It is installed approximately 60″ above the vault floor in the middle of the door.
  • Optional Daygates are available. They swing into the vault and normally are hinged on the same side as the vault door. The full height Daygate with keylock outside and bolt release inside provides for restricted access during those hours that the vault is normally opened. Our standard Daygate can be provided with a pass‐through. A Dutch Door Daygate is available and this Daygate can also be provided with a 8″ high x 12″ wide pass‐through.
